Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on aca444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

Account Registration and Obligations
When registering an account with aca444, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to update it promptly should any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aca444 username, password, and any additional authentication credentials associated with your account. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other service and update it regularly.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Notify aca444 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
aca444 will never request your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from aca444 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately at [email protected].
One Account Policy
Each natural person is entitled to hold exactly one aca444 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, aca444 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any open bets, and confiscate any bonus-derived winnings. Any legitimate deposit balance will be returned to the original depositing payment method following investigation.
Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. aca444 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month after the initial 12-month dormancy period, deducted from the account balance. You will be notified by email prior to the commencement of any inactivity fee deduction. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed following extended inactivity.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have a verified identity on file (see the Eligibility and Age Restriction section above). aca444 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines:
- bKash and Nagad: Within 20 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
- Rocket and Upay: Within 1–3 hours of approval.
- Visa and Mastercard: Within 1–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
aca444 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation such as proof of address or source of funds. Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are set per payment method and are displayed within the aca444 cashier. Withdrawal requests below the applicable minimum will be rejected. Where a player's account balance or winnings exceed the stated maximum single withdrawal limit, the amount may be paid in multiple instalments on consecutive days, unless the player holds a Diamond or Obsidian VIP tier status, in which case enhanced single-transaction limits apply.

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), which must be completed before any withdrawal of the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus can be processed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

The aca444 VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Obsidian. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering volume over rolling calendar periods. VIP benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management — are awarded at aca444's discretion and may be revised at any time. aca444 reserves the right to reassign a player's VIP tier in the event of account inactivity or a material reduction in wagering activity.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Account Closure and Suspension
Either party may close an aca444 account at any time, subject to the following provisions:
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your aca444 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to processing a voluntary account closure, aca444 will confirm your identity, settle any pending wagers, and process a withdrawal of your remaining verified balance to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to restrict their access to aca444 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be fully restricted and you will be removed from all marketing communications. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. For temporary exclusions, reactivation is not permitted until the full exclusion period has elapsed and a 24-hour cooling-off confirmation process has been completed.
Closure by aca444
aca444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- A judicial or regulatory order requiring the account to be restricted or closed.
Where an account is closed by aca444 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance comprising bonus funds or wagering-requirement-derived winnings may be forfeited. Any verified deposit balance that is not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player following completion of the relevant investigation. aca444 will communicate its findings to the affected player to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aca444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the aca444 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from authorised or unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain their confidentiality.
- Interruption of service due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond aca444's reasonable control.
- Any delay in the crediting of deposits or processing of withdrawals attributable to the payment service provider rather than aca444.
- Loss of data, game session information, or wagering history resulting from technical failures on the player's device or network.
- Decisions made by game providers regarding the outcome of wagers, which are governed solely by the certified RNG of the respective game.
Platform Availability
